Reservations and Cancellations Policies

  • Deposit/Guarantee: A 50% deposit will be charged to your credit card to secure your reservation. The deposit will guarantee your booking until 60 days prior to your arrival, at which point the remaining 50% is due. We accept Visa and MasterCard for payment
  • Cancellation Policy: For a deposit refund less a $125.00 cancellation fee, cancellation is required 60 days or more prior to arrival date. Refunds on cancellations within 60 days are at the discretion of the owners. We highly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance.
  • All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars and are subject to three taxes: 2% Tourism Improvement Fee, 4% Tourism Levy and 5% GST
  • A one time rental insurance fee of $50 will be applied to all reservations
  • Our property is 100% smoke free
  • No pets allowed
  • Check-in: any time after 3:00pm
  • Check-out: 10:00am
  • Guests must be 25 years of age or older to reserve a room
  • Minimum night stay requirements vary between seasons
